The Ferritin Rapid Flow Test is a single-use capillary assay designed for use with the PolarisDX Igloo Pro device. From a small finger-prick blood sample, it provides a quantitative ferritin value in minutes, giving you a clear indication of iron stores during the appointment.

What the Ferritin Test Measures

• Iron stores: Ferritin reflects how much iron is stored in the body.
• Risk of iron deficiency: Low levels are often associated with iron deficiency and iron deficiency anaemia.
